Summary:
The Joint Commission reports “73% of nonfatal workplace injuries and illnesses causing days of missed work in health care are connected to workplace violence.” This 90-minute virtual webinar will discuss the new Joint Commission workplace violence requirements that became effective January 1, 2022. Attendees will learn and identify prevention, recognition, response, and reporting mechanisms that empower staff and leadership alike to create and maintain a culture of safety in their workplace environments.
